My qualitative research explores the experiences of practitioners and patients managing long-term conditions, particularly around goal-setting and shared decision making, and implementation and evaluation of pharmacist services. I bring experience from community pharmacy practice (Australia, UK, owner, locum, manager, rural, urban) industry and the not-for-profit sector.
