Student Service Excellent (SSE) aims to provide all students with a consistent, convenient, personalised experience. Inline with optimal Student Lifecycle Management (SLM), SSE also aims to provide staff with improved support to make clear decisions, reduce risks and spend more time on valuable student facing activities. To achieve this, Student Service Excellence will look at what is the best approach to managing the student lifecycle from the student's perspective and what is possible from a system perspective.

Office of Clinical Education Support Link Edit

The Office of Clinical Education Support (OCES) works with academic and professional staff in 13 disciplines, spread across 7 faculties to support almost 7,000 students to help them meet the necessary compliance for placements. The OCES is responsible for relationship management including Student Placement Agreements (SPAs), Student Verification and ClinConnect coordination. The OCES is also required to provide ongoing policy, planning and strategic support in terms of student capability and compliance for placements.

Robyn Wells' students sing/have sung professionally in UK and Europe eg. current young artist at English National Opera, and at Vienna Staatsoper, as well as Principals with Opera Australia and Pinchgut Opera. She focuses on interpreting text in song, and on equipping developing singers with resilience as well as the technical and interpretive skills they need to manage the pressures of a performing career. She aims to be encouraging, honest, as well as demanding and rigorous, to develop her students' security technically, musically, linguistically and dramatically every time they perform.

Thommy manages the university’s portfolio of international agreements, with a particular focus on agreements that formalise the university’s education, student mobility and general partnerships. Thommy works closely with faculties to support focused and strategic international engagement, and he has a keen interest in partnership evaluation and benchmarking. A recent focus for Thommy has been on securing joint PhD (Cotutelle) and dual degree arrangements with key university partners. With a background in legal private practice, Thommy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology, Sydney and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Queensland.
