How to use Jabber Guest

Jabber Guest is used for one to one video conference activities from your desktop. Jabber Video allows you to invite a guest to connect with you via video conference by using your unique Jabber Guest URL.

Once your unique Jabber Guest URL is created you can use it for your future video collaboration needs. 

Jabber Guest can be used when you want to make video conference calls with someone external to the University or with someone internal to the University who doesn't have Jabber Video.

There are two ways to use Jabber Guest:

• using the URL, or
• downloading the app

All new Jabber Video accounts have a Jabber Guest URL created. The URL will look like this:

NVivo is a qualitative data analysis software package designed for researchers working with rich text based/multimedia information requiring deep levels of analysis of data.

Note: NVivo Collaboration Cloud is not included with our license, nor is it permitted to be purchased individually as the University does not have an approved Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) with the vendor. 
Do not use the 'Log In' option within the software, as this is specifically for the cloud based features (we do not have) mentioned above.
