myHRonline Timesheet Entry Guide for Professional Staff

This guide is for use by full time and part time Professional Staff and provides information to submit timesheets for active job holders with one or more active roles within the University. 

Who Does This Apply To? 

Staff covered by the following: HEO10 SPS and Agreed Rate Staff, Shift Workers, those under the Enterprise Agreement (EA) Vet Hospital and Clinic Staff, Farm Staff, those employees with seasonal/annualised flexitime agreements under EA clause 204, Laboratory Animal Services, Live Performance Award Staff (Seymour Centre), Sydney Conservatorium of Music, United States Studies Centre and Boundary Lane. 

Who Does This Not Apply To? 

Professional Fixed Term and Continuing staff (HEO 1-9) employed under Schedule 4 of the Enterprise Agreement working 35 hours per week using Professional Timesheet (New), Casual Professionals (HEO 01-9) using Professional Timesheet (New).
