The SCM Faculty Project Requests Guidelines must be followed when planning any project involving research, professional practice, and education.
After agreement in principle is obtained from the Dean/Head of School, a Faculty Project Request Form must also be submitted. If visitors are involved in the project, the External Artists and Scholars Program Guidelines are to be followed, and an External Artists and Scholars Form submitted.
Programming of staff and student cards happens on main campus. Requests for programming can be made via email to [email protected].
Please include your SID number. If you are casual supply your contract end date, or if full time ongoing please indicate this. Click here for more information. Note that a link for students to request card programming is available on the Canvas SCM Student Hub.
All facilities requests for the Con must now be logged via Campus Assist Online. This includes all requests for cleaning, maintenance, door signage, keys and locks.

Friday, 18th December 2026 - Last day of normal business operations
Wednesday 23rd, Thurday 24th, Wednesday 30th December - Required annual leave days
Tuesday 5th January 2027 - University re-opens
