Who uses this guide?

All University staff have access to Riskware R3. Anyone reporting a hazard or incident/personal medical event/near miss for themselves or on behalf of other people, such as colleagues, students, contractors or visitors.

What is Riskware R3?

Riskware R3 is the University's modernised and upgraded online hazard and incident reporting tool. You can access it from the System Login section of the Staff Intranet homepage. Use your UniKey and password to log in. All University staff have access to Riskware R3. Hazards or incidents/personal medical event/near misses can be reported on behalf of other people, such as colleagues, students, contractors or visitors.
