How do I create templates in EmmaHQ?

A selection of brand approved templates are available through EmmaHQ. You can customise these templates or build your own templates for use within your account. Contact the University Brand and Content team for approval before using templates you've built yourself. 

How to map your network drive on a Windows 7 PC

Staff at the University have access to network drives to store their personal, departmental, or RDS information.

To access your network drive you will need to map (create a shortcut to) the drive.

What Authentication System should I use?

How are EmmaHQ accounts structured?

The University has an EmmaHQ parent account which enables us to create accounts for different teams or departments. Staff can be added to each sub-account as users, using their UniKey to access and use the account. You do not need a role based account to use or access EmmaHQ.

Connect to University guest wi-fi network (Android)

The University’s wireless network can be used by visitors of the University as long as they get authorisation in advance. Called UniSydney-Guest, the guest wireless network is available wherever there is wireless coverage on campus.
