Spend Plan App - approvals (scenarios & sequence)
There are various paths a spend plan can take regarding the approvals workflow and process.
The direction is dependent on the characteristics of the gift and the details provided within the spend plan itself.
Different roles may also be involved depending on the scenario, for example, a Trusts Officer validating a spend plan or facilitating the higher delegations process.
Spend Plan App - approvals (review & decision)
Once the spend plan has been submitted for approval to the Authorising Delegate, Higher Delegate (Vice-Chancellor or Finance Committee) or Gift Administration Board (GAB), the approver will receive the email from the Spend Plan Admin or Trusts Officer with the attached PDF plan, and summary of key details in the email body.
At this point, the recipient/s will be requested to review the full details of the spend plan and indicate their decision by replying to the email correspondence that included the PDF.
