The University uses Okta to provide Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when accessing University applications. MFA provides an additional layer of security that protects the University from unwanted intrusion and phishing campaigns by introducing a second authentication.

Microsoft OneDrive is a file sync and share service from Microsoft that is part of the Office365. It is available for both staff and students. OneDrive allows you to access your files from multiple devices anywhere, including offline without a VPN connection. The OneDrive client can also be used to sync and share files that are associated with Teams chats and Sharepoint sites.
