Update my passport and visa details in Workday

The below instructions provide a guide on how to update your passport details in Workday. This process should be followed if you are a visa holder.

Important Notice: If you have been issued a Bridging Visa, please follow the procedure outlined below to enter the relevant information. Ensure that the Bridging Visa grant notice is uploaded in the supporting documentation section.

Please note as an employer, the Department of Home Affairs requires us to check your bridging visa status every three (3) months as there is no end date on the visa.

It is therefore essential to provide a VEVO (Visa Entitlement Verification Online) check every three months and update the expiry date to reflect three months from the expiry of your current visa or three months from the date of your VEVO check (whichever applicable). This should be attached using the process described below.

If you’d like to access data from older versions of the tool, look into the PASW Smartreader. This program is also known as SPSS Legacy Viewer and Smart Viewer.

SPSS AMOS

SPSS Amos gives you the power to easily perform structural equation modelling (SEM).

Using SEM, you can quickly create models to test hypotheses and confirm relationships among observed and latent variables – moving beyond regression to gain additional insight.

If you’d like to access data from older versions of the tool, look into the PASW Smartreader.

Okta is the University's primary multifactor authenticator. Where your smartphone operating system cannot support Okta Verify, you may be able to use Google Authenticator as your primary factor in place of Okta. Please refer to the setup guide for Okta Verify to view all MFA options available.

This guide will assist you through the setup process after you have requested that Google Authenticator be your primary factor and the Shared Service Centre have enabled your account. Once you finish setting up Google Authenticator as your primary factor, don't remove the app from your smartphone - you need this to log into University services.
