How to borrow AV equipment

You can borrow audio visual (AV) equipment - at no cost from Information and Communications Technology - for use in University spaces. All loans are subject to availability of the item you want to borrow.

Loan terms are determined by demand for the item and will be discussed when your request is received. Equipment loan periods must be reasonable to support an equitable University-wide service.

The available equipment includes:

  • Portable data projectors with input cables
  • Portable projection screens
  • Portable public address (PA) systems
  • Portable audio recorders
  • Microphones suitable for panel discussions or Q&A sessions

How do I create a staff team

Staff teams allow University staff to easily share information and work together on University-wide initiatives. Staff leaders can act as team owners and add or remove staff members from the team.
