How to set up staff Follow-Me-Print on a University PC

This article advises you how to download and install the Follow-Me-Print software on a University PC. This software allows you to use your staff card on the University printers to:

  • print,
  • copy, and
  • scan.

Spend Plan App - approvals (review & decision)

Once the spend plan has been submitted for approval to the Authorising Delegate, Higher Delegate (Vice-Chancellor or Finance Committee) or Gift Administration Board (GAB), the approver will receive the email from the Spend Plan Admin or Trusts Officer with the attached PDF plan, and summary of key details in the email body.

At this point, the recipient/s will be requested to review the full details of the spend plan and indicate their decision by replying to the email correspondence that included the PDF.

Request approval for a Change Request

Changes that have complete information should be submitted for approval. When changes are in the Authorize state they are waiting for approval from one of the Service Owners of either the application service or business application listed against the request for change. Additional approval may be required in some circumstances. Emergency changes will require approval from the Service Transition Manager as well as a Service Owner. Create a non-personal phonebook entry

Phonebook entries can be made for non-personal entities, such as institutions and departments. You can request the creation of non-personal phonebook entries online.

Spend Plan App - create new & add source gift

Typically done by the Gift Implementation Office, the spend plan will be ready to set up once:

  1. Final gift record setup in the Gift Management Register (GMR)
  2. Opportunity handed over in Jarvis, and a Gift Implementation Number (GIN) created
  3. Trusts Office, Finance, and/or Research Support process the Gift Account Request, with RC/PC set up in Peoplesoft and GMR.

The Spend Plan Administrator from the relevant gift recipient area/s may also create a draft spend plan if the gift exists.
