How do I create templates in EmmaHQ?

How are EmmaHQ accounts structured?

The University has an EmmaHQ parent account which enables us to create accounts for different teams or departments. Staff can be added to each sub-account as users, using their UniKey to access and use the account. You do not need a role based account to use or access EmmaHQ.
