Drawing on current and emerging findings from research around the potential of incidental physical activity for chronic disease prevention, this session will explore how we can achieve long-term health benefits through incidental physical activity, without needing to plan workouts, make time, join a gym, or attend a dedicated facility.

Latest travel safety advice and support abroad
Colleagues planning to travel on University business are reminded to regularly review DFAT advice and to connect with International SOS (ISOS), our travel risk partner, for a pre-travel briefing. ISOS can also provide assistance to colleagues while they are abroad, or you can connect with our staff counselling and coaching services from Converge International.
