University emergency communications system test on Friday 7 November
Students and staff will receive a test alert by SMS and email from SafeZone, our new emergency communications system. If you’ve downloaded the SafeZone app, you will also get a push notification. No action is required. Make sure your contact details are up to date in Workday so you receive emergency alerts.
Register for the Professional Services Review Webinar
The next Professional Services Review Webinar will take place on 25 November at 12–1 pm. Join Nicole Gower, Vice-President (Operations) and Bronwen Mather, Executive Program Director, Professional Services Review, to talk through the content of the discussion paper, which will be released on 3 November.

The 2025 close-off date for casual timesheets is 12 December, including predicted hours for the period 12 to 25 December, and must be submitted and approved to make the final pay run.
