Cultivating mindful attitudes: Skills for increasing resilience at work and in life with Dr James Donald
In this session, we explore four attitudinal “master keys” that, if used well, can transform our daily experience from one of burden and frustration to one of greater lightness and ease. In this session, we will explore these four attitudes, and be given practical “experiments” that science and experience show can transform our daily life.
Wear it Purple Day Allies Morning Tea
This year, our annual Wear it Purple Day event will focus on how you can be an ally to the young people in your life; whether they be your own children, your family, friends, or students. This event is open to University staff and students.
