Spend Plan App - complete an aquittal milestone
Acquittal milestones must be set up and completed before changing, renewing, terminating or finishing a spending plan. These milestones must contain (attached) the completed acquittal documents for reference by other Spend Plan administrators, Trusts Office or on request by other parties such as the GAB or auditors.
Spend Plan App - delete a file from a spend plan
An owner or a spend plan administrator shall be able to delete attached files in the Spend Plan, Consultation Record, or Milestone if that Plan has a status of Initial Draft, Draft, or Pending by selecting and deleting it.
