MFA OKTA - I don't have access to my MFA-enabled device
If you have lost your device with the Okta Verify app, or the app has been removed, you can restore your multi-factor authentication (MFA) by contacting the Shared Service Centre via another phone/land line.
If you do not have a replacement phone and urgently need access to your university accounts and systems, the Shared Service Centre (SSC) can arrange a 1 day or 7 day exemption for you until you have access to your own mobile device. The 1 day exemption expires at 3am daily.
