Am I eligible for an academic promotion?

There is a list of eligibility criteria which must be met prior to applying for academic promotion. If you are an academic staff member and are curious about your eligibility for promotion, please reference Section 8 of the Academic Promotions Policy.

It is also recommended that you first discuss your intention with your relevant supervisor during AP&D planning.

What is the academic promotions cycle?

Academic promotions run on a cycle over 15 months. If you are considering applying for promotion, it is important that you plan ahead and start to think about the application process well in advance.
