Alison is a full-time education-focused academic within the Food Science and Nutrition Group at the University of Sydney and adjunct academic to the Food and Health Group, UNSW. She has taught and supervised HRD students across a wide range of food technology subjects including sensory evaluation, food safety, food preservation and quality assurance.
