Managers must seek approval for a child-related program

To run a child-related program you must first seek approval from your Faculty or School General Manager, or Head of Administrative Area by submitting a business case.

Once approved, you will complete the WWC Program Registration form with details of your staff and volunteers engaged in the program so that HR can verify their WWCC clearances.

Refer to the staff intranet for guidance on identifying child-related work or activities. Your staff and volunteer/s must apply to the Office of the Children's Guardian for their working with children check (WWCC) clearance before they commence any child-related work or activities.

Please use the ARB Request Submission form to submit your request for review by the Architecture Review Board (ARB). This process ensures that all proposed solutions align with the University's architectural standards, strategic goals, and best practices. Your submission will be carefully evaluated to support effective decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Important to note prior to submitting an item: Please consult closely and seek advice from representatives from the following areas. Please also allow sufficient lead time for all areas to consider, review and advise you on the requisite statements and assessments that are required for a submission for ARB.

Depending on your submission type, all supporting documents including the ARB presentation pack, and the following items must first be uploaded to the designated SharePoint directory before submitting this form. You will also need the SharePoint upload links to be added in this form, including SharePoint links to the following:

• Solution Design Security Review
• Cyber Security Assurance Statement

Nominees from the following areas play an ‘endorser’ role for most ARB request submissions made using the Services Portal (exception: licence renewals). View the ARB Submission Request form.

Each endorser accesses ServiceNow to action their endorsement. Once each area has recorded and closed their endorsement in ServiceNow the workflow will automatically proceed to the nominated directors for approval.

University data centre hosted applications : migration to the cloud, retire, rationalise or replace

As part of a broader ‘Leto’ Cloud First Data Centre program, applications currently hosted in the University’s data centre will be progressively moved (migrated) to either a public or a cloud private environment, and in some instances retired, rationalised or replaced.
