Highly Protected SharePoint is a way of setting up SharePoint sites at the University of Sydney that meet the University's security requirements for storing and accessing Highly Protected data and facilitate secure collaboration with external collaborators.

Due to the nature of the data contained within our Highly Protected SharePoint sites, it’s vital that these sites are managed according to our data handling standards and protocols.   Having both a Primary and Secondary owner for each Highly Protected SharePoint site ensures more robust site governance processes.
