As a line manager with a separating staff member, you can use the information provided here to manually request details of a departing staff members technology and specific knowledge assets (Service Now Group membership/s, Knowledge Based Article and Office 365 list ownership/s).

Please remember that if you have completed a separation for a departing staff member in Workday, this process will commence automatically and there is no need for you to trigger a manual process.

NOTE: This process is intended to support you by providing more information on activities that can be partially automated through Service Now.
