As a line manager with a separating staff member, you can use the information provided here to manually request details of a departing staff members technology and specific knowledge assets (Service Now Group membership/s, Knowledge Based Article and Office 365 list ownership/s).
Please remember that if you have completed a separation for a departing staff member in Workday, this process will commence automatically and there is no need for you to trigger a manual process.
NOTE: This process is intended to support you by providing more information on activities that can be partially automated through Service Now. It does not cover all offboarding activities (e.g. return of access cards, laptop accessories).
