Each endorser accesses ServiceNow to action their endorsement. Once each area has recorded and closed their endorsement in ServiceNow the workflow will automatically proceed to the nominated directors for approval.
This process ensures that all proposed solutions align with the University's architectural standards, strategic goals, and best practices. The ARB submission will be carefully evaluated to support effective decision-making and successful project outcomes.
