Your UniKey credentials grant you access to online services such as email and the staff intranet. All staff (including contractors) and some affiliates are automatically given a UniKey when they are registered in the HR (Human Resources) system, and students are automatically given a UniKey when they enrol.
UniKeys for consultants and suppliers will need to be requested manually by their supervisor, unless they are registered officially in the HR system, which will automatically create a UniKey.
All University staff have access to Riskware R3. Anyone reporting a hazard or incident/personal medical event/near miss for themselves or on behalf of other people, such as colleagues, students, contractors or visitors.
Riskware R3 is the University's modernised and upgraded online hazard and incident reporting tool. You can access it from the System Login section of the Staff Intranet homepage. Use your UniKey and password to log in. All University staff have access to Riskware R3. Making a claim or raising a concern. Any staff member who wishes to submit a claim or raise concerns in relation to a potential underpayment, or incorrect provision of entitlements under the Enterprise Agreement (EA), may initiate the claim process by completing and submitting the Service Now form. If the supplier is set up for GST you must not include this in your purchase request. The University’s Accounts Payable department in Finance handles all Australian GST internally saving your faculty/department the hassle of paying it and claiming a credit for it.
