Staff are entitled to 30 days paid gender affirmation leave. If you exhaust your gender affirmation leave, you may access your personal leave entitlement to support you in your transition.

Gender affirmation (transitioning) means the personal process or processes a trans, gender diverse or intersex person determines is right for them in order to live as their defined gender. Gender affirmation may involve social, medical and/or legal steps that affirm a person’s gender.
