There is a list of eligibility criteria which must be met prior to applying for academic promotion. If you are an academic staff member and are curious about your eligibility for promotion, please reference Section 8 of the Academic Promotions Policy.

It is also recommended that you first discuss your intention with your relevant supervisor during AP&D planning.

MFA OKTA - Setup password management (self-service)

Password Management self-service, once setup, allows you to recover, reset or unlock your password should you need to.
Note: Staff who have already setup MFA, will not be prompted to setup Password Management as it would have been included in the setup of MFA process.

If you are looking to convert a fixed term staff member to an education focused fixed term role, please make sure you have read this Education focused roles intranet page first in relation to converting staff to education focused roles.

When you are ready to proceed, you will need to complete this form and send it to the HR Shared Service Centre. It is important make sure you include the requisite supporting documents to reduce any delays.

How to raise a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in UniBuy

How to submit a purchase request in UniBuy on behalf of someone else

To request something in UniBuy on behalf of someone else both you and the other user will need UniBuy access with a completed profile. The person you are requesting the item for will be added to the request as a watcher.
