Cascading goals can be a useful way to create alignment and consistency in staff PP&D goals.
There are three ways that staff can have goals cascaded to them:
- Via a University-wide goal that is already included in their goal plan by a University administrator
- By a Manager cascading one of their own goals from their approved plan
- By a Manager creating and cascading a goal
