SydneyFMS (Facility Management System) is a new platform that will provide a single point of visibility and access to research facilities, equipment and services across approximately 20 different areas of the University. 

Researchers will use SydneyFMS to book instruments, digital services and staff engagements at the University's Core Research Facilities and Laboratory Animal Services, as well as facilities operated by Technical Support Services (TSS), faculties and multi-disciplinary initiatives.

Over 2025, SydneyFMS will gradually replace the various legacy booking systems used by these facilities.

MFA OKTA - Download Okta Verify for Android (China)

This guide will assist you through the process of downloading the Okta Verify app for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) in China where Google Play is unavailable. It can also be used for phones, such as Huawei, which do not have access to Google Play. 

In case your smartphone cannot support either Okta Verify or Google Authenticator, an alternative primary authenticator, a YubiKey, may be provided by the University. YubiKeys can be requested by contacting the Shared Service Centre on 02 9351 2000 or +61 2 8627 1444 (outside Australia) and select ICT and then Okta Multi-Factor Authentication from the options to reach the dedicated MFA support queue.
