Sydney Curriculum system

Sydney Curriculum is our institution-wide curriculum mapping and management system.

It allows greater institutional visibility and a common approach to designing, mapping, managing, and publishing our curriculum (including courses, streams, majors, minors, and units of study). It also lets us map how we develop graduate qualities, professional standards, and unit, course, and component learning outcomes.

Benefits of the system

Faculty and school experts

In-depth training is available to any faculty and school staff who are to be the local points of contact for system users. Trained curriculum staff - known as faculty experts - assist in training and other relevant staff in their schools and faculties with support from Educational Innovation. Faculty experts are coordinated by faculty superusers who are nominated by the faculty or school Head of Education. A list of faculty experts can be found here.

Training and resources

The system is simple to navigate. We've included guides where additional support is required in Sydney Curriculum, and on curriculum resources Canvas site.
