Educational Innovation's media team can help you make professional educational media. We can collaborate with you across the entire project, or any part of the process, from initial planning and scripting, through to recording and editing.
There's no charge for videos created for internal use in University of Sydney courses. External projects or large productions may incur fees.

Our approach is truly collaborative. We provide expert guidance while supporting your innovation and creativity. Our goal is to make the entire experience simple, enjoyable and inspiring for everyone involved, saving you time while producing authentic and engaging media that support accessible learning experiences for your students.
We record in our Camperdown studio, and across our campuses. Our studio in the Education Building is equipped with lighting, greenscreen, teleprompter and lightboard, and our field kit is fully equipped for professional production on the go.

DIY Recording Booth
The DIY recording booth in the Education Building on Camperdown campus is equipped to support you create your own media.
It is available to all University staff. You can use it to record talking head lectures, screencasts, pen-casts, podcasts, and two-person interviews.
Media Kits
Borrow a DIY media kit to record at your own pace and in your own space. There are kits available to help you film better videos on your own computer (great for presentations, two-person interviews, screencasts, podcasts), or on-location kits to help you film on-the-go using your own mobile device (great for demonstrations and vox-pop interviews).
Workshops
Learn how to edit your own videos in our 'easy video editing in Adobe Premiere Rush' workshop. This is a hands-on workshop where you are encouraged to bring in some footage of your own to follow along with and we will be there to help you every step of the way. We run these workshops on zoom and in-person with your own device.
