Faculty Services, Division of the Academic Registrar, provide advice to staff and students in relation to key enrolment dates and procedures.

What's our role?
- Student admin related input and attendance at orientation and advice sessions.
- Provide reporting to faculties.
- Student communication including responding to Tier 2 enquiries.
Important notes
- All students must be enrolled by census date.
- Systems Support has overall responsibility for the close of enrolment process.
- The Admissions team are responsible for completion of the lapse offer activities.
- The Digital experience and communications team is responsible for updating the enrolment website.
- Systems Support is responsible for communicating to faculties and other interested parties when all activities associated with enrolment closure have been successfully completed.
- Faculties are responsible for deciding whether an individual’s record can be re-opened once enrolment has closed.
- Faculties are responsible for communicating to the student in any scenario where enrolment will not be re-opened.
Enrolment window exceptions
- Late close of enrolment for students enrolling in late intensive sessions.
- Other scenarios as identified by business need (on agreement between Systems Support and Faculties).
