Graduation ceremonies are held in the Great Hall, and generally take place across two rounds:

Semester 1: April-May
Semester 2: October and December

The next set of ceremonies run from 23 April to 29 May. You can view a summary schedule on the Student website.

Join the academic procession

The Graduations Office invites you to join the academic procession to celebrate with your students.

It’s easy to register using our Swoogo platform:

• existing users can log in with their credentials
• new users can use their email address and create an account password
• you can register someone else by selecting ‘Register Someone’ at the bottom of the home page.

Once registered you can select ‘Add Ceremonies to Calendar’ on the confirmation screen.

Detailed ceremony schedule

You can download our detailed ceremony schedule (xls, 55KB)  to view the cohorts that will be graduating at each ceremony. This is sensitive information and should not be shared with non-staff.

Cancellations

If you've registered for a ceremony but need to cancel:

• go to the registration form in Swoogo
• click the 'Log Back In' button which you'll find towards the bottom of the page
• untick the relevant ceremony, then continue to submit your changes.
